If you find that your game is defective, you are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of purchase, provided the item is returned in the same condition in which it was shipped. Items that are not returned in the same condition may be subject to a partial refund.  If your item is defective, our team will issue a shipping label for return shipping.  If the item was found not to be defective, a restocking fee and return shipping cost may be deducted from the refund.  The buyer is responsible for return shipping.  Please contact us with any issues or questions.
